Tai Chi with Chi Kung practice
Chi Kung or otherwise know as Qigong is use for internal energy work and is a great healing, strengthening, energizing, focusing, cleansing and opening body method. Tai Chi in combination with Chi Kung leads to a more effective Tai Chi practice.
Practicing Tai Chi without Chi Kung / Qigong is like a ship without water. Chi Kung / Qigong helps to enhance ones Tai Chi, it gives that inner connection which helps the Tai Chi forms look and feel more graceful. Chi Kung helps to soften ones hardness, allowing for a more relaxed body and mind. When we are in this position we can connect more with our own personal energies and those around us. With Chi Kung we learn to harness our internal power and learn to conserve that power for appropriate action.
It is of up most importance to include Chi Kung as part of your Tai Chi, this is a very important factor in your practice.
We hold Chi Kung classes in Chiang Mai at Body & Mind Healing School, 5 Days a week and offer a Chi Kung / Qigong 7 week training program.
We also have establish program for Tai Chi in Chiang Mai for those that are serious in learning this wonderful discipline
